Our sales staff follow up on orders, while the technical team verifies product model parameters, checks the basic dimensions of the original drawings, and provides parameter selection and quotations. This ensures that you select the best parameters and the most suitable product for your needs under the most economical conditions.

Product Transportation: We will choose large domestic logistics companies such as China Railway Express and Jiajiji Express, ensuring timely and quality transportation to avoid affecting your project schedule. After the goods arrive on-site: We will send personnel to assist with on-site unboxing and inspection, and provide the product packing list, certificates, inspection reports, drawings, etc. (our company has a record in the data room). If installation guidance is needed, we will send specialists to ensure the equipment operates at its best in your system. Commissioning: Upon receiving your notice to commission, the equipment must be installed, and both water and electricity should be connected. We will send professional engineers to the site for commissioning to prevent any unnecessary issues caused by improper use. On-site Management Training: If required, we will send professional staff to train your pump station management personnel in relevant professional knowledge.

User Follow-up: We will periodically call or send a specialist to follow up on the usage of the equipment. This ensures that potential issues are resolved before they affect the operation. Customer Record Management: Whether your equipment is within or beyond the warranty period, we will keep your first-hand records and relevant documents. If needed, we can quickly determine the required product model, maintenance content, and parts for repair, saving maintenance time. Product repairs and maintenance: During the warranty period and within the scope defined in the contract, issues related to product quality will be serviced for free (no labor or parts fees). For services outside the contract, maintenance fees will be charged through negotiation.
